Designed to take you from our commercial style facilities to a professional kitchen in less time you might expect at reasonable price and affordable than what you find at another culinary school. Covers all the fundamentals in cooking, modern innovation, food safety and sanitation, global culinary cultures and influences and also includes baking and pastry production. Get the qualifications needed in the demanding industry of culinary, which will enable you to explore the opportunities locally or even abroad. Experienced chef instructions will demonstrate culinary proficiencies that you can apply to your training as you progress through your journey. 

 

The program progresses quickly from basic foundational skills to advance techniques as your tool in executing international style of cuisine. You will be required to be in school 3 times a week and culminates with an internship where you can acquire real-world experience and the self-reliance to achieve and pursue your passion in the culinary industry.
