North Central Academy for Culinary Arts is the first culinary school in the largest province of Central Luzon in Nueva Ecija, synonymous with extra-ordinary, innovation, sophistication, tradition and experience-qualities that are predominantly fostered by NCACA. NCACA will train aspiring chefs in our world-class facilities with our experienced chef instructors and staff. It provides a higher standard of training for students who wish to pursue their career in the industry of culinary, hospitality and tourism, set-up their dream business and to those who possess to hone their exceptional skills in their home kitchen.
The culinary school conducts classes with a limited class size, in a modern kitchen environment to equip and nourish the chefs in the making. Our broad and challenging hands-on-curriculum will motivate and encourage our students to immerse in the culinary and hospitality industry, and directions that will emphasize demonstration followed by practical applications as they accomplish their gastronomic education.
However, after our great success in Nueva Ecija, we are now expanding our school in the province of Pampanga to serve the aspiring Chef to be in the said province. Since our earnest start, we have gained so much attention to the graduating high school this summer. As we grow and gear towards these demands we promise to enhance and strengthened our curriculum to achieve our goals in delivering quality education.
